You purchase them as is without a printed picture, unless you either come to our office and have pictures taken or send us the jpg files that you would want included. Pictures are included in the price, as long as you either provide them or arrange to have them taken at our facility.
30-day Return and Refund Policy. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it within 30 days for a refund but the following conditions must exist: (1) You pay for return shipping (2) Refund will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise less a 5% restocking fee (3) Merchandise must be in original packaging and in new condition (4) Include a copy of paid receipt/invoice.
